Let's plan to meet at Mr. Smith's office at 4 PM. We can pack, fix whatever is required, etc. We're taking both the rover and the c-base. So there is no lack of cool-ness.

As for Friday, if Mr. Smith is not available for the actual camp, then we need to pack the stuff up on Thursday in the cars of people who are actually going. But if he is available, then we can pack on Friday before we head to the camp. Tanner, please let me know if Mr. Smith is available at around 12:30 - 3 PM on Friday so we can plan accordingly. Also, please let him know about Thursday's meeting and get a confirmation.

Though the CBase requires rewiring everything, which would require someone who knows electronics. I do know enough of the particulars to do it. I contacted Stephen to see if he is able to come. If it cannot be fixed, we cannot bring it - who cares about coolness. We're bringing one fantastic robot that did great on the season; that's pretty darn good by itself.

Dad isn't needed on Thursday as I can get us in (unless you really have a need for him to be there), but I'll check if he is able to do anything on Friday.

WHO CARES ABOUT COOLNESS??? I'm sorry if you don't think so, but this entire thing is about making a good impression.... Obviously if the c-base isn't working we're not gonna take it, but it would be NICE to have it along.

Ok...now we're making headway.

Tyler, would you please send out an email letting people know of Thursday's meeting. Also, please include Mr. Smith's office's address.

BTW, I just asked Stephen and he said he should be able to come.

And I looked at the office today, there isn't really anything to pack up. Like, batteries and stuff are there, and can be packed up in 5 minutes before ya'll leave on Friday.

From what I understand, the robot demo at Mason is not until 2pm. Getting there
at 1:30pm should be sufficient. All that can be done is unload the robot and controller,
turn it on and that is it.

You can meet at my office at 1pm on Friday, load the robot, needed batteries and control.
We need to plan on departing back to my office as soon as this is over to unload, 3pm.

You need to have your own transportation to get to my office, to get to Mason, get back to
my office, and home.

As far a packing. There is nothing to do really. Locate the robot, some batteries, and the
controller. We are not taking the cbase. It is not functional. If you would have liked to
brought it, you need to plan further ahead to be sure it is functional and not wait. My office
is only available when Tanner is available, which means after 3pm during the week and whatever
times fit his schedule.

If you guys want to meet briefly with Tanner after his work tomorrow to be sure batteries are
charging, locate the controller, that should not take more than 15 minutes.

Could we not fix the c-base on Thursday? Stephen has agreed to be there to help with the wiring and the entire 'presentation' crew will be on hand to make sure that everything is functional before we leave.
