um flickr will be the best being becasue who ever the historian is can access it easy as well as other people...

Well, that's the same for using the gallery on our site currently or Picasa.

i dont think they can hold as much.... nd another thing would be how hard would it be to get them off the site

Ruling out Picasa as an option due to it's previous flaws in organization, the servering company (Sevaa) will give us as much space as money will buy (and I think we're on unlimited, I think, due to their agreement with us).

How hard it would be to get them off the site? Like downloading? Not too hard. If there is no download button, then the normal right click, save image as will work just fine.

ok well i guess the Gallery would be good.... u have to show me how to maintain it though and add pics...

So far Flickr Pro seems to be a go with all the features in the Pro accounts. The Pro contains features such as:
  • Unlimited Photo Upload
  • Achival of High Resolution Photos
  • Groups and Sets

We might still get a external HDD just to have a backup of everything (plus I'll need somewhere to put the pictures as I upload them).

If you are asking if I set it up yet, no I haven't yet, because I am waiting for Dad to get home.
