Well considering that most of those kids are Elementary schoolers, we can't exactly give out flyers about ourselves, but it would be a good idea to give out flyers about FIRST in general and maybe even about the Hull Middle Team. But I'm pretty sure that Mrs. Strain will have the information packets that FIRST puts out each year...

Why not? We can still advertise ourselves. Yeah, sure, the elementary kids won't be able to do it for a couple more years, but you never know who the parents know (potential sponsors, members, mentors..etc). Its worth a shot.

The link above is for the membership handout. We plan to hand that out to people who show up for the first meeting. But the thing is that it is really in depth. I'll see if I can perhaps create a condensed one with the first meeting date and other essential information, but I'm not sure how well I can do it.
We would also need fliers to hang around the school. The flier has to be showy, instantly catchy, and basically tell people of our first meeting (date/time). I might be able to dig up last year's flier, but if some of you with a bit of multimedia experience would like to create a nice flier, that'd be great.
I'm glad this is working really well guys. I'm really hoping we can have that great impression on the kid's faces when we shoot a ball Anyway, I will be there of course, since I'm working there, but I might not be able to help as much as i would be able to without a job there. I DO have to watch over the kids xP But If I'm able to, I'll gladly help out. I should also mention I'm alright at shooting the ball, but that's probably it.
